1. Create your free supplier account
To do
Sign up with Google or email and pick the producer role. Listing costs nothing — Harvaria only earns when an order is paid.
2. Choose your market — currently Central Europe
To do
Your market sets your currency, accepted payment methods, tax handling and the commission Harvaria keeps (10 % in Central Europe).
3. Verify your farm
To do
Add your farm name, contact person, location and growing practices, then submit for review. We check the farm is real before buyers can see it — usually a few days.
4. Publish your products and prices
To do
Any product, any pack size, your price and stock count. Mark anything at risk of spoiling as surplus so the matchmaker ranks it first. Orders, payouts and messages all live on your farm dashboard.

What happens after your first sale

Buyers pay Harvaria at checkout in your market's currency.
You accept, pack, dispatch and mark delivered from your farm dashboard.
Your payout is the order total minus the 10 % commission for Central Europe, settled after delivery.
Food quality, delivery times and order accuracy are your responsibility as the supplier — Harvaria only facilitates the connection.
