Fresh food, straight from the grower — matched by AI
Harvaria is a marketplace that connects three groups: people who want clean food, producers who grow or catch it, and logistics partners who move it. An AI matchmaker sits in the middle and works out who should be buying what, from whom, this week — with food that would otherwise go to waste getting first priority.
Joining is free for everyone. 10 % in Central Europe, only when an offer sells.

Getting your farm selling on Harvaria
Listing is free. Harvaria keeps your market's commission only when an offer sells, so your only job is to get reviewed and publish.
- 1
Location, growing practices, what's in season and this week's surplus. This is what the matchmaker reads.
- 2
We check the farm is real and the practices match. Usually a few days — your offers stay private until then.
- 3
Any product, any pack size, your price and stock count. Flag anything at risk of spoiling as surplus so it gets ranked first.
- 4
Accept, pack, dispatch and deliver from Incoming orders. Each step notifies the buyer and shows your payout after the market's platform fee.
The short version
- 1
Producers publish their own offers
A grower, fisher or small farm signs up, describes their practices and what is in season, and gets reviewed by us. Once approved they publish exactly what they want to sell — a 5 kg crate of heirloom tomatoes, a weekly vegetable share, fish by the kilo — with their own pack size, stock count and price. Anything at risk of spoiling gets flagged as surplus.
- 2
You tell the matchmaker what you need
City, how far you are happy to source from, household size, weekly budget and preferences like organic or no-spray. No account needed to try it.
- 3
The AI ranks the best producers for you
It weighs distance, what is truly in season near you, surplus that needs moving now, and how well each producer's produce fits your household and budget. Every match comes with a plain-language reason and an estimate of the food waste, CO₂ and cost avoided.
- 4
You buy directly from the producer
Browse the marketplace, pick the offers you want, choose quantities and pay at checkout. The producer sees the order, prepares it, and the money — minus the platform fee for that market (5–15%) — is theirs.
- 5
Logistics pools the routes
Instead of every farm driving a half-empty van, nearby orders are grouped so partners can run fuller, shorter routes. Fewer kilometres, lower delivery cost, fresher food on arrival.
What it looks like for you
The same platform, three different jobs to do.
Consumers
- 1Run the matchmaker on the home page — free, no sign-up.

- 3Browse the marketplace and buy offers directly from producers you were matched with.
- 4Message a producer with a specific request, and track orders and impact in your dashboard.
Producers
- 1Apply as a producer and fill in your farm profile: location, practices, in-season crops, weekly surplus.
- 2We review the farm — usually a few days.
- 3Once approved, publish your own offers with your pack sizes and prices, and flag urgent surplus.
- 4See each order with a payout preview: sale price minus the 10 % fee.
Logistics partners
- 1Sign up with the logistics role.
- 2Get a holistic view of demand and supply clusters by city and distance.
- 3Pick up pooled routes across nearby farms instead of single-farm trips.
- 4Coordinate with producers and buyers through in-app messaging.
Why this cuts waste and cost
Surplus moves first
Food that already exists and is close to spoiling is ranked above everything else, so it reaches a kitchen instead of a compost heap.
Fewer hands in the chain
You buy from the producer, not through a distributor and a retailer. That removes layers of margin from the price you pay.
Shorter, fuller routes
Matching by distance and pooling deliveries means less driving per crate, which cuts both emissions and logistics cost.
Better guesses each week
The matchmaker reasons over real seasonality, real distances and real stock levels, so producers grow and harvest against actual demand.
Money, trust and privacy
- 10 % in Central Europe, only when an offer sells. No joining fee, no listing fee, no subscription. Every order stores the total, the platform fee and the producer's payout so nothing is hidden.
- Reviewed producers only. Offers become public after we approve the farm. Card payments run through our payment provider, so Harvaria never stores card details.
- Talk directly. Buyers, producers and logistics partners message each other in-app for special requests, timing and pickup details. Your profile details stay private to you.
